5.2 Tech Fault Refunds

We will provide refunds only in cases of "Tech Faults" at our sole discretion.

Tech Fault Definition: A technical error where you are charged credits or fees but we fail to generate any output or provide the requested service.

Tech Faults DO NOT include:

  • Platform downtime or service interruptions
  • Results that do not meet your expectations
  • Poor quality or unsatisfactory AI-generated content
  • Slow processing times or performance issues
  • User error or misuse of the platform
  • Changes in third-party integrations or data availability

5.3 Refund Process

  • Tech Fault refunds must be requested within 7 days of the incident
  • Requests must include detailed description and supporting evidence
  • Refunds are processed as credits to your account, not cash refunds
  • We reserve the right to investigate and verify all refund claims

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use our Service only for:

  • Tracking brands you own or have authorization to monitor
